Pretty Protective Gear is to be used for self defense purposes only and brought only by those who are 18 and older. Pretty Protective Gear is not responsible for any injuries inflicted due to misuse of any products. Please review all laws in your state before purchasing. 

Pretty Protective Gear complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of self-defense products, including but not limited to stun guns, tasers, and pepper spray. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of and comply with their local laws and regulations before placing an order.

We do not ship restricted items to states, cities, or jurisdictions where possession or shipment of such products is prohibited. A list of these restricted areas is provided on our website and may be updated at any time without prior notice. Orders placed for prohibited items to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.

By purchasing from Pretty Protective Gear, the customer acknowledges that they are of legal age, have the legal right to possess the purchased item(s), and assume all responsibility for compliance with local laws. Pretty Protective Gear shall not be held liable for any legal action, confiscation, fines, penalties, or other consequences resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws.

All product descriptions and shipping restrictions are clearly disclosed prior to checkout. By completing a purchase, the customer affirms they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service. Pretty Protective Gear is not responsible for chargebacks, disputes, or fines related to a customer’s failure to comply with their local laws. Any such disputes or claims will be the sole responsibility of the customer, and no refunds will be issued in these cases.

Stun guns and pepper spray cannot be purchased online and shipped to Hawaii; therefore, stun guns and/or pepper spray will not be shipped to this area. Any orders of stun guns and/or pepper spray from Hawaii will be immediately cancelled and refunded. 

Stun guns are legal to carry in Delaware with restrictions. Owners of stun guns must be 21 years of age. Stun guns are illegal in Newark, Wilmington, and New Castle County; therefore, stun guns will not be shipped to these areas. Any orders of stun guns from Newark, Wilmington, and New Castle County will be immediately cancelled and refunded.

Stun guns are illegal in the city of Chicago; therefore, stun guns will not be shipped to this area. Any orders of stun guns from Chicago will be immediately cancelled and refunded. 

Stun guns are legal to buy in Iowa, except for Denison and Crawford Country, where they are illegal; therefore, stun guns will not be shipped to these areas. Any orders of stun guns from Denison and Crawford Country will be immediately cancelled and refunded.

Stun guns are legal to purchase in Washington except in Ruston, Washington; therefore, stun guns will not be shipped to this area. Any orders of stun guns from Ruston, Washington will be immediately canceled and refunded. 

Pepper spray cannot be sold online to residents of Alaska; therefore, orders of pepper spray will not be shipped. Any orders of pepper spray from Alaska will be immediately cancelled and refunded.

Stun guns will not be shipped to Wisconsin due to the owner requiring a permit to carry. Any orders of stun guns from Wisconsin will be immediately cancelled and refunded.
