Which states/cities are unable to be shipped to?

Stun guns and pepper spray cannot be purchased online and shipped to Hawaii; therefore, stun guns and/or pepper spray will not be shipped to this area. Any orders of stun guns and/or pepper spray from Hawaii will be immediately cancelled and refunded. 

Stun guns are legal to carry in Delaware with restrictions. Owners of stun guns must be 21 years of age. Stun guns are illegal in Newark, Wilmington, and New Castle County; therefore, stun guns will not be shipped to these areas. Any orders of stun guns from Newark, Wilmington, and New Castle County will be immediately cancelled and refunded.

Stun guns are illegal in the city of Chicago; therefore, stun guns will not be shipped to this area. Any orders of stun guns from Chicago will be immediately cancelled and refunded. 

Stun guns are legal to buy in Iowa, except for Denison and Crawford Country, where they are illegal; therefore, stun guns will not be shipped to these areas. Any orders of stun guns from Denison and Crawford Country will be immediately cancelled and refunded.

Stun guns are legal to purchase in Washington except in Ruston, Washington; therefore, stun guns will not be shipped to this area. Any orders of stun guns from Ruston, Washington will be immediately canceled and refunded. 

Pepper spray cannot be sold online to residents of Alaska; therefore, orders of pepper spray will not be shipped. Any orders of pepper spray from Alaska will be immediately cancelled and refunded.

Stun guns will not be shipped to Wisconsin due to the owner requiring a permit to carry. Any orders of stun guns from Wisconsin will be immediately cancelled and refunded.

How long is processing?

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing orders.

How long is shipping?

All shipping is 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is an available option at checkout.

Can I customize my keychain?

Please use the notes section on the checkout page to detail any color customizations that you would like to make on your keychain. 

Example: “White Off-White lanyard with pink window breaker, black pepper spray, white fuzzy ball”

Are the stun guns chargeable?

Yes, all stun guns are chargeable. There’s an adapter attached to the bottom of stun guns that is able to be pulled into a wall. Stun gun manuals are also provided in your package. 

What do I do if an item is broken upon arrival?

Please immediately email us a picture or video of the product to our email prettyprotectivegear@gmail.com to receive a replacement. If the customer breaks the product due to misuse of the product, the customer will have to order a new product. 

What do I do if my order is lost in transit, missing, or delivered to the wrong address?

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, Pretty Protective Gear is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If you believe your package is missing or has been delivered to the wrong address, please contact your local post office or USPS customer service directly for assistance. They will be able to provide tracking updates, initiate investigations, and help locate your package.

Can I purchase self defense keychains as a minor?

Our self defense keychains are intended for those 18 and older only. We encourage minors to purchase our add on accessories.
