Which states are unable to be shipped to?

Stun guns are illegal in Hawaii and Rhode Island. Any orders being shipped to these two states will be immediately cancelled and refunded. 

How long is shipping?

All shipping is 3-5 business days. 

Can I customize my keychain?

Please use the notes section on the checkout page to detail any color customizations that you would like to make on your keychain. 

Example: “White Off-White lanyard with pink window breaker, black pepper spray, white fuzzy ball”

Are the stun guns chargeable?

Yes, all stun guns are chargeable. There’s an adapter attached to the bottom of stun guns that is able to be pulled into a wall. Stun gun manuals are also provided in your package. 

What do I do if an item is broken upon arrival?

Please immediately email us a picture or video of the product to our email prettyprotectivegear@gmail.com to receive a replacement. If the customer breaks the product due to misuse of the product, the customer will have to order a new product.
