Refund policy

All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless you received the wrong product or an item was broken upon arrival. If any products are broken by the customer after purchase, the customer is responsible for the purchase and shipping cost of new products. If any items are broken or not working upon arrival, please contact us within a week of your keychain arriving and send a picture/video of the broken items to prettyprotectivegear@gmail.com. If you contact us after a week of you having your keychain, no refunds will be permitted. The customer is responsible for the purchase of new items. Orders that have not yet been fulfilled can be cancelled. After shipment, the order will not be cancelled. 

Orders of restricted products to restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.
