Shipping policy

We do not ship stun guns, tasers, or pepper spray to certain states, cities, or jurisdictions due to local laws. Please check our Shipping Restrictions Page before ordering which is located on the footer and sidebar menus. By purchasing, you confirm you are of legal age, allowed to possess these items in your area, and agree to our Terms of Service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any products they purchase, possess, or carry comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and municipal laws. Pretty Protective Gear reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be legally fulfilled.

All orders are shipped by USPS Monday-Friday through USPS First-Class Mail. If you order during the weekend, your order will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your package. For one keychain, the standard shipping cost is $7.50. For two keychains, the shipping cost is $10.00. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Express shipping is 1-2 business days and is an available option at checkout. Orders of 3 or more keychains receive free shipping! For LOCAL inquires, a pick up option is available at checkout. You can pay in advance through our website or select COD (cash on delivery) to pay in cash, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo. This option is only available for Louisiana residents. Please avoid clicking this option if you are a resident of any other state. 

Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice any inconsistencies with your address, please contact us via email: prettyprotectivegear@gmail.com immediately. Pretty Protective Gear LLC will not be responsible for any packages shipped to the incorrect address. If your address cannot be verified by USPS, we will contact you. If no response is received within two days, we will ship it to the provided address. If you have not received your package after receiving a delivery confirmation email, contact USPS right away.
